I got into deep tissue therapy because I lived the problem myself. Training hard, competing, and constantly battling tight quads, knotted hamstrings, and nagging injuries that no amount of foam rolling could fix. When I finally got proper hands-on treatment, the difference was immediate — and I knew I wanted to provide that for other athletes.

Since qualifying, I've worked with hundreds of clients across London — from first-time Hyrox competitors to seasoned marathon runners and powerlifters. Every session I deliver is built around one goal: getting you back to doing what you love, feeling better than before.

I work as a mobile therapist because I believe recovery should fit around your life, not the other way round. You've already put the hard work in at the gym or on the track — the last thing you need is a 45-minute commute to a clinic. I bring a professional treatment table, oils, and all the tools I need directly to your door.
